Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering majored in Electrical, Mechanical or any related field.

 Have knowledge of Air conditioning or Quality is an advantage.

 Good communication and presentation skills

 Good command of English both written and spoken. (TOEIC 550+ will be advantage)

 Good computer proficiency.

Role and responsibilities:

★Market Claim (Products) Investigation Team

   Cooperate and communication with affiliates service to get

       all necessary information via E-Mail, Telephone calling and

       Actual site investigation.

  Conduct root cause analysis by Defective parts investigate

       (Physical and Chemical analysis) together with carry out

       Products simulation test and Utilize QC Seven-Tools.

  Organize quality meeting by Face to face with affiliates

       service at Domestic and Oversea country.

★Electrical Parts (Device) Investigation Team

 To be a leader to conduct root cause analysis for “Device issue” claim from affiliates.

To be engineer incharge for taking corrective action (Root cause anaylisys & Taking C/M) of the quality issue for PCB parts.

To be engineer incharge for taking effort for "Normal Warranty Claim Cost Reduction Activity" for Device parts.
