MQC2: Manufacturing Quality Control 2 Group

● Quality audit in Manufacturing process, evaluate the quality risk / the quality performance and take preventive improvement.

● Control the quality level by maintain and level up manufacturing to keep the standard and nonconforming product not pass through to the customer.

● Work with manufacturing and coordinate to all concern to reslove quality issue in a timely manner investigate root cause and implement corrective action

  and preventive action to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Evaluate and approve for the New production line, New machine, and Process change in Manufacturing.

MQC3: Manufacturing Quality Control 3 Group

 ● Evaluate quality risk for products new model and analysis problem that occur to take preventive improvement.

● Work with manufacturing and coordinate to all concern to resolve quality issue in a timely manner investigate root cause

    and implement corrective action

● Audit and approval for the products new model.

SQG : Supplier Quality Control Group

Audit quality control system & process control of new & current suppliers.

Evaluation of quality situation and risk assessment of supplier.

Analysis & action quality problem from supplier part.

Level up quality systems of suppliers by improvement activity.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering,Electrical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering,Chemical Engineering

Experience 1-3 years in Quality Engineering

Computer skill: Excel (Fomular, Pivot, VBA), Power BI
